I don't think so. I believe they have ammended release timeframe to Jan. Probably because of the 10.2.3 OS update due out by apple this month...that contains a few core audio..etc..changes.
I'm sure they already have a developer build of it...and have made any changes along the way as necessary...but..would want to wait for the final release of it..prior to sending out the PT release; mainly to prevent it from having some small incompatiblity with the latest OS release at the last min.
