Default PT Ulitmate brand new code not working

I got PT ultimate last week. Brand new factory sealed from the store. I opened it up and the code does not work. I contacted the store and they said I would have to contact Avid (as the software is now open). I tried to contact Avid by phone. But I do not have a current ASC and the only way I could contact them was by a support ticket. Which I did 96 hours ago. The ticket still says "Case in Queue."


How do I get this resolved? And how long does Avid take to respond to support cases? How is it even possible I have been waiting 96 hours about this and still nothing at all.

What code doesn't work? Registration code?
Do you have your iLok plugged in to a working port and ILM s/w installed?
