Default PT7.4 and MDW Massenberg issues?

Hi
Im using 7.4cs10 with OS 10.4.8

MDW TDM 2.02r44 and 3.0 is causing no end of problems in my session - If I remove the plug ins from the plug in folder the problems go away. It disables a number of other plugs and screws up DAE. I bought the upgrade to version 3 today as support said it was compatible with my build but problems persist

Anyone successfully running MDW with 7.4?

No problems here with MDW TDM Version 2. But I have to admit that I use McDSP Filterbank most of the time. I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.11.

Kind regards

Mark

Zero problems here with MDW v.3, PT 7.4 & 10.4.9, it's been completely solid since V3 came out. Well, the only issue I have is that audiosuite latency isn't compensated for correctly so the processed region is 27 samples behind at 44.1 or 48kHz (but it's OK at 88.2 & 96kHz.) Otherwise it's all working fine....

Dear StudioRhythm

Thank you for your post - I wonder if going up to 10.4.9 will resolve this as Im on 10.4.8 . Im nervous about changing OS due to SCSI drivers and other things that have not been updated.

not only in audiosuite...(44.1/RTAS V3)

try 2 audio channels with the same audio signal, one channel with the MDW insert, one without,
PLAY
try 1 audio channel and 1 AUX with the MDW insert (bus from audio, parallel),
PLAY

It's MDW EQ 3.0.1r1. I'm on a MacPro, 10.4.9 & PT 7.4cs-something

Maybe 10.4.9 will do it, could be worth a try -- but I'd definitely do it on a clone of your system drive so you can go back if it kills your SCSI devices and such....

Nope, it all works fine here in the mixer for me, both RTAS and TDM at all sample rates -- no phasing, perfect null when flipping phase...etc. Obviously delay comp is on... maybe you're on an older version of the plugin? There were some issues with the input gain and phase in an earlier version, maybe it had delay reporting issues as well?
