Plugin downloads

Avid or Digidesign used to have every plugin available for download when you find it on their website. There was a download link. Now its all gone and nothing shows up under my account downloads. WTF MAN. Pro Tools HD is buggy as [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] and you cant find [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] on the website? You would think that spending so much on a system would be easier to work with!
