Man..a lot of questions in your post
I know it has been forever since this place was rockin' !
Great on Boulder CO ! I've only visited NY, New Jersey and St.Louis of course ( GO BLUES )

Up here in Kanuckia really weird weather patterns ..up and down between -6 and +14 in a matter of hours (celsius)
That's besides infrastructure work everywhere, condo builds and home prices over the roof !

Yep..a new sign would be awesome, go for it. Make it all DSP driven, LEDs only.

We'll talk studio stuff and such later , OK ?

I have a pot of white paint, it might not match the rest of the DUC but the tea rooms always liked to be a little different...
