I see you are running Mavericks (or Yosemite) OS. This means that what I called memory page outs are not listed as such in the new Activity Monitor. It's now referred to as memory pressure. More information is available here. When you select the Memory tab in Activity Monitor, and these errors occur, what color is the Memory Pressure gauge?

Your startup volume has less than 200 GB of free space. Since it is a 2 TB volume, this means you have less than 10% of the volume's total capacity as free space. It has been my experience that having this little free space is asking for trouble. Ideally, you want 400 GB (20%) of free space. While I cannot guarantee that freeing up 200 GB of space will solve your issue, I will say that it is good computing practice to do so.

Have you tried one processor at 80%? Do the error message become much less frequent if you enable the Ignore Errors During Playback/Record option?
