I called to no help they told me that by copy should have came with a pre registered iLok which it didn't is this because I ordered it from guitar center? Anyway he said that it should be in my iLok manager but it's not.

Hi Guys

I know this is a somewhat old post, but I found it while trying to find solutions to my own very similar problem.

I bought Pro Tools 10 with a 4 year upgrade package as a student and I also received the mail as stated above with the PTX-code for my free upgrade to Pro Tools 11.
I activated Pro Tools 11 as described in the mail and it shows up on my Avid account. I can't however see the license for version 11 on my iLok account - it still only shows me that I have a license for Pro Tools 10.

The "Your products" page on my Avid account shows that I have the "Pro Tools 11.0 No Charge UG for Students Verified" license with iLok id: [email protected] on date 06/30/13 - Licenses: PT11 Free Sdnt Upgrade.
I'm using an iLok 2 and my iLok id is the one stated for my license.

Can anyone assist me with this issue so that I can get my Pro Tools 11 license to my iLok account?
