Default Re: can my laptop run pro tools at all?

thanx guys, you've given me hope and yea i was always intending on using an external HD for my audio. THe one i was looking at had a 934 chipset(owc mercury elite pro classic) which hasn't been confirmed and the seek time was not stated on the site
(http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/firew...b/eliteclassic)

but it did have 7200 rpm and all the necessary ports. If you check the site i was leaning towards the quad interface.

il be checking back to see what anyone else has to say
