Default Plugin Presets Blank!

So I just updated to Pro Tools 8 and then just completed the update that released and I am still having issues with my plugin presets showing up. When I open up my plugin, I go to the preset area and all it says is factory default. I go to change root folder to where the presets are and still nothing. I went to the plugin preset folder and I can physically see the plugin settings. It seems like there is a bug between selecting the plugin presets within the plugin. I am using all sorts of plugins. Mostly digirack though. THANKS!
