meterbridge displays dead when loading a second session

Hi there,

Using PT 12.3.1 here.
When opening the first song after starting PT the meterbridge of my D-command (Fader + Monitorpack) is working fine. But closing the session and opening a second session the meterbridge dies. This behavior is repeatable all the time on my system.. Closing PT entirely and reloading it helps. but again opening a second session it appears again.

any indeas ?
