Digi rack 002 and Ableton

Hi there yall,
I am experiencing technical difficulties :-P
For no apparent reason, all of a sudden, whenever I launch either Ableton 9 or Pro Tools 7.4 I get an error message. With Ableton it's: "audio is disabled. Please choose an audio output device in the Audio Preferences." and with Pro Tools it's "Pro Tools hardware is either not installed or used by another program." I am pretty sure it's a hardware problem, as I encountered something similar a while back when my rack was new. Then I just informed digidesign, they sent me a transport voucher, I shipped the thing off to them and they sent it to me back, repaired. But that was a while ago and I'm wondering what I should do now. Is there a way for me to repair this myself, or can I take it somewhere (Berlin, Germany)? Any help would be muchly appreciated. Especially since I have a HUGE gig mid-may and need all my gear to be working!!

I'm running it all on a mac laptop 10.5.4 btw
