MC Mix & MC Control Tutorials?

Evening y'all,

Been using my MC Mixes and Control for a while now and I'm pretty comfortable with them and to a greater or lesser extent I know how they work. However, I would like to know everything they can do, which I'm sure is a great deal more than I know. I have read the manuals but what I'm really looking for are some really good in depth video tutorials. The only ones I can find so far are the Avid ones, which don't say or show a great deal and some others by Soundpure, which go way back to the Euphonix days.

Does anyone know of any really good ones?
