Avid artist mix!! help please

i just purchased a used avid artist control mix but the serial is registered so i cant download any software update,can someone please help me!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community

When you bought the unit the seller has to transfer the ownership so you have it registered in your own account. Otherwise the Eucon software and updates won't be available for you.

Have you started the transfer steps and when did you do that?

I can send you the installer for Eucon (latest version) if you are planning on registering the Artist Mix in your name.

i sent you a message, i bought it off ebay, the seller isnt replying to me, i want to get the latest evon software si can use it with pro tools

If you fill in this form http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation and explain the situation they should be able to register it for you. You may need to send your paypal invoice or something. I had the same problem and they sorted it for me.
