Upgrade plan expired
Hi all,
The other day, it appeared that I'm running a version of Pro Tools that is too old for my operating system (high sierra). I went into avid.com to download PT 12.8.2, but then I discovered that my annual upgrade plan was expired because my payment information was out-of-date. I updated the information but I still can't find a newer version than 12.7.1 among my download links under "My products and subscriptions". Maybe I need to manually renew the plan? I checked on options for that and then I saw that a plan now will cost around 270/year. Since I only paid 89/year before, I wonder if this is correct or if I'm doing something wrong here. Thanks in advance for your help! Best, Niklas |
