Will 003 work with the latest macbook pro?
Time has come at last to retire my 2006 17" mac book pro after many years of faithful service, and upgrade to the latest Mac Book Pro with 2.6GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7.
Does anyone know if it will work with a digi 003? (with the relevant cable adapters, obviously!) Many thanks in advance. roop

Pro Tools is not supported yet with Maverick 10.9.
When it is you should be good to go. 003 works with Pro tools 11. Chris

The Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter is not likely an issue, that should work fine.
Folks are running Pro Tools 11 on Mavericks but there are known problems documented by Avid see http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...Tools-Sibelius.

I use my thunderbolt port to go to an external monitor. Chris
