Line6 Toneport

Anyone using this? Curious if anyone (and how) is using this with Pro Tools LE. Also curious if anyone is using it in a live situation.

I am also VERY curious to see a review. Line 6 has done some good amp modeling, and now this thing claims to have models of Avalon Vt737, Neve 1073, API, Studer, etc mic preamps. At $129 (for the single port) it sure is a lot more affordable than the others...

I see on the Line6 website that it is shipped with ableton live lite, and it shows how easy they two are to use... I'm just wondering if it can somehow work as a plugin (like amp farm, etc.) but with it's own physical interface. Anyone???

Yeah...my friend use it (UX2 model) when we record some demo on PT7-002R

it's a great usb gtr-amp and much better than previous Guitar Port

i use the s/pdif out from ux2 to 002R s/pdif in...and record in stereo track...works great....

normally...you can use the analog out of tone port to PT-hardware analog in...

just plug your guitar into ux2, launch gearbox app...tweak sound...and record....

for live performance...i think it'll be great too....
