Default Please Help...

Alright. I got "Pro Tools Recording Studio" thats all it says on the box. well it says M-Powered Essential as well. Anyways, It wont let me download it. I put in the installation DVD and i downloaded pro tools m powered essential like it said too. that downloaded, so i tried to open it, and it says "Unable to locate M-Audio hardware. Make sure your hardwar is connected and turned on". My M-audia Fast track is indeed plugged in as we speak. I did just now realize it says "M-Powered essentials 8" Idk if i need a newer one or not. anyways. i also tried to instal the "Fast Track usb driver" from the installation DVD and all it says is "Runtime error. This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way". so i dont know what to do. hopefully you guys know what to do, cause all i want to do is record and put some songs out there. thanks for youre help guys.

Go to the M-Audio site and download the latest Fast Track driver and install it.
