Default MIDI Event List overflows on the left side of PT\'s window

I am very frustrated with this problem. I started Protools 7.0 this morning, and tried to show the MIDI Event List. Unfortunately, this window appeared as overflowing on the left side of the program window. I only see a tiny part of the right-side edge of the MIDI Event List. This part is too small for me to grab and move the window into a visible position. This has happened to me before with other windows, like the Workspace or Project windows, but was able to bring those windows back into a visible position by grabbing and resizing them from the right-side edge. However, I can't do this with the MIDI Event List, because its window is not horizontally resizable.

Help please!!! Can I reset the window setting of PT, perhaps in the Windows registry?

Thanks very much for any help you can provide.
