Default Dock accessories

Hi,
After three years of intensive using a Dock unfortunately it needs some service. I've noticed that encoders started to work unproperly - I turning them and the parameters don't follow like it should be. Once I discovered it with one encoder during guaranty time, I sent it to the shop I bought it (Thomann) and than they sent to Avid Service. Avid didn't change it, only loosened it a little, and now this encoder has a feel like old Artist Mix ... Well, I don't want such a service from Avid, as the next encoders also should be repaired...
How could I get the accessories for dock - I mean encoders mainly...
???
Or... what is the number/symbol of this encoders ... what kind of the other will work with a Dock?
Any ideas?
