Default Beware updating Wavelab Elements 10

For those on Macs beware updating Wavelab Elements 10 to the latest revision if you're on OSX 10.13.6. Apparently Steinberg changed the OSX requirements to a minimum of Mojave and up. This is not to say that the update won't work on HS but just a heads-up. The update log is a bit confusing in that it lists OSX 10.14 and OSX 10.15 but doesn't say if those are additions or that compatibility with earlier OSX's has gone away.
