Default Re: Plugins compatible with Apple Silicon natively

Just had an email from NoiseAsh - everything now AAX Silicon Native, available here - https://noiseash.com/downloads/
I haven't tested 'em yet but will be in fingers-crossed mode for RuleTec Heritage Pro later.

I was a bit worried that they would be lagging behind in updating, especially since there are quite a few plugins in the bundle, but I received this nice response from GRM, and it seems an update is imminent.
"As you noticed, AAX is not yet Apple Silicon native.
We are going to release a new version, with all plug-ins Apple Silicon native, available before summer.
You can use GRM Tools in Pro Tools through Rosetta, as you already do.
Thank for your patience."

Now if Audio Ease would get Altiverb and Speakerphone updated and Izotope would finally update Stratus and Symphony, I think I can finally drop Rosetta.

Absolutely second the part about audio ease, totally need that altiverb native

Ozone 9 just went live. Looks like izotope is actually making progress on their back catalogue. Here's hoping neutron 3 / symphony / stratus follow suit.

bigfishaudio's Momentum plugin works in AS Pro Tools (2023.3), according to their tech support, however their current version 1.5.1 does not show up in my sessions and is clearly an x64 plugin in PT Prefs 2.

Can someone please check their PT Prefs 2 app to confirm Momentum shows as x64?

It's a free sampler thingy plugin with a lot of cool uses, I've been discovering since I got it a couple of months ago. It works fine in Rosetta.

Default Plugins compatible with Apple Silicon natively

MeterPlugs tweeted that all their plugs are updated. Loudness Penalty is but not Perception. I think they forgot to update the download link bec it’s still the same file from 2020.

Audiority’s Electric Matter (cool emulation if the Electro Harmonix Electric Mistress Flanger pedal) has joined the club.

Also, AudioThing’s Type A and Type B are out of beta.

Also, looks like nobody’s mentioned Mountianroad DSP’s Auxcord is also good to go.

Just found out that Perception has been replaced by Perception AB, which explains why Perception has not been updated. Sorry about that.

Arturia finally added apple silicon native support for AAX to their effects today. Thankfully it isn't limited to their new effects collection bundle, looks like a free update for existing owners as well.
