ASC frustration - Transfer Of Ownership
Hey Avid,
I have purchased an ASC for the $39.95 from the Avid store, as per the instructions on the Transfer Of Ownership form... but it is appearing as 1 support phone call in my Avid account. Entering the number into the ASC page and hitting submit does absolutely nothing. The page doesn't update or change at all, and as such I cannot even start the transfer of ownership. What am I doing wrong?

How long has it been? It can take a few days to complete.

I did experience some odd email replies when entering my email address into the 'Retrieve ASC Details' in the 'Use Your ASC' link. From here do I just wait for someone at Avid to contact me regarding the transfer of ownership form? Or do I need to take some kind of action to get the ball rolling?
