OK. I got it working somehow. I think it's the 2.9.4 version, too. I think it was a permissions issue with Windows 7.

Hi Sean, glad you got it working, and thanks for pointing out the version number mistake. I did check the version number, and the current one is the one you have, v2.9.4.1. It was mislabled as 2.9.5 for windows, and I fixed the version number on the download file and the compatibility grid. I'll let DigiTechSupt know.

Yes, I noticed that because I reinstalled Windows, so I used a fresh download. Unfortunately, I must've gotten lucky, because now Vocalign LE hangs Pro Tools on launch again. I suppose the workaround for now is to trash the 'installed plugin list' on sessions where I'l be using Vocalign, and drag the plugin back into the plugin folder. That seems to load.

Thought I'd update this thread. I have been using Vocalign LE just fine for a couple of weeks now without having to trash the installed plugins list, loads just fine now. I don't know why it was hanging on loadup before. So, it appears to be just fine with Win 7 and PTHD8.

are you using w7 64??? if so i believe that is the issue. i ran into this quite a while back and even contacted synchrosoft about the issue and the 64 bit os. (john i believe) said that i had to basically upgrade to the next version up which is 64 bit compatible. he offered no other help, but i did make them aware of the issue.
