Both Ultimate Subscription (rental) and active Ultimate Support and Upgrade plan include a subscription to the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle which contains both of those plugins. The license is separate and should be in your iLok account. There is a unified installer in your Avid account.

The license for Black Spring is part of the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle that is included with Ultimate Subscriptions and active Support plans. There is no separate license for Black Spring that I know of.

Re-reading my first post, I could have been more specific. "The license for the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle is separate from the Ultimate Support and Upgrade Plan license, and should be in your iLok account listed as Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle."
