Default Cant create new project; says is full 3/3 while is actually empty

Avid: i been here for weeks now, pro tools first wont let ,me create a new project in my dashboard because it says i reached my maximun limit 3/3 projects. But i deleted all three and it still says its fulled while nothing in my account so been trying to make some music but pro tools first wont let me:

I´m having the same trouble in Pro-Tools First running on a Mac. Still can´t create projects.
