Default PT9 samplerate problem with AudioFire 8

Hello,

I have Pro Tools 9 and Echo AudioFire8 device, running on Windows 7.
When I am trying to open session recorded in higher sample rates(88.2, 96kHz),
I'm getting only crackling, no sound of recorded tracks. But 44.1 and 48 kHz are working absolutely correctly. I tried everything - change buffer size, also I tried to use Asio4All driver - nothing worked.
I have also Cubase 5 and I don't have any samplerate problem with it - everything is working all right on all samplerates.

Please, can anybody help me ?

Thanks.
