Mackie Universal control Pro only work with protools11 dose not work 10.3.9 why???
Hi
I'm trying to connect up Mackie Universal control Pro here with Pro-Tools 10.3.9 but can't seem to get it to function. Only works with protools 11 and does not work with 10.3.9 what work?? Followed all the steps did not work with 10.3.9 When I connect it with the Protools 10 software stack and pending not working anything Now only works with Pro 11.1 help me please windows 7

Make sure you're using the HUI protocol mode on the MCU and in PT.

muc works on the Protools 11 only I updated the device (muc) to the latest version did not work with me

I have the same problem with Yamaha 02R96 !

This sounds like it might possibly be a bug and should be confirmed on a separate system.
