How to register my new HDX card

I bought a new HDX card form Avid and when I try to register it, the number comes back as invalid. I have the yellow "Product Registration Information Card" with the number 9y7f etc....etc...

How do I register my card?

Are you sure you have typed it in correctly? Take a close look to differentiate O from zero and I from one or whatever

I think so, there are no zeros "0" or letters "O" in my number, but I will take your advise and try it again, may be I did something wrong.
