Re: Surround joystick panners
I have an MCS Panner and have been successfully using it with PT 7.2 HD. I think everything is the same except the joystick is touch sensitive with the new Digi version. The original panner has a button on top of the joystick that you press to engage any panning or automation that your doing. I got my Joystick and motherboard from an engineer for free. He took it from an old JL Cooper controller that was getting trashed some years back. I took it to JL Cooper and they were able to build it out for me for around 800 bucks. Saved me some dough and it works perfectly!!! My only beef would be that it doesnt work with plug-ins so if you do decide to get one dont expect to use it while your using your surround plugs at least for the time being I'm hoping Digi fixes this problem soon...
