Reality Show Music and 64 lavs

Hi guys,
In a couple of months I'll be mixing:
8 episodes of a 45 minutes reality show (musical)
There are 8 bands and each musician has one lav, the juri has lavs, the host has lav, total of 64 lavs.
For the picture editors, edit with all this tracks is a not a good solution.
But If they dont export an AAF for me with all the tracks how can I resync all the files in a quick way?
Do you guys have any good solution for this?

if they will do a Reference AAF so you can match back to the original files and they do not convet the files so the Meta-Data is not stripped you should be fine
you can match the clip they use to any other from the recorder with the matching Meta-Data using Advance Field Recorder Workflow (assuming this is all going to a single recorder like the new Sound Devices 64 ch. recorder should work across a few smaller recorders if there is a good naming/meta-data method used)

If they follow this guide hopefully there won't be too many issues.

Today I talked to the recording guys and they will record all directly in Pro Tools. Will I be abel to relink all the audio with Advance Field Recorder Workflow?
