Adding a high end AD convertor to DIgi 001 ?
Can one expect a reasonable change in the sound quality after connecting a high end AD convertor (like APogee, Lucid) to Digi 001 ? Or is Digi 001 more or less comparable to that ?

Yes. Try a search on converters. There are several very recent threads on this.
