Surround plugins missing

I did that, and Protools puked all over itself. It crashed when it couldn't find the iZotope plugins.

Windows:
Quit Pro Tools.
Press [Win key]+R, type %appdata% and hit Enter. In the Roaming folder that shows, go to Avid > Pro Tools.
Locate the InstalledAAXPlugins file and drag it to your desktop
Launch Pro Tools. If prompted to Locate the Waves plugins folder, direct to C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Plug-Ins V10

Unclear what you mean in regards to iZotope plugs? Is there something going on with them? If they are an issue, remove them from the plugin folder and put them in the unused plugin folder so you can sort them out later.
