Default Control 24 & PT LE 7.1 Scrub Bug???????

First off I deleted Databases on all drives, trashed pref's.

Any session, any size, even new sessions, regardless of trackcount, length, size, anything. (Virtually always 24/48, on occasion 16/44.1))

Usually a bunch of plugs, nothing out of the ordinary. Plugs almost always all Waves 5.0-5.2 (Platinum Native) (Very little CPU and Disk Load)

XP Home, AMD 64x2, MSI K9VGM, 2 GB DDR2, Dedicated Audio Drive, PTLE 7.1 w/ MPT 1, 002R, Control 24

Ok, so I enable scrub on the Control 24, roll the jog wheel, and my mouse pointer dissapears. Dissable scrub and the pointer doesn't come back. Control 24 remains completely active. Also, PT and the Control 24 become slow and glitchy once this happens.

I can access/do anything with it that I could do if I could see it, it's just not there. I can blindly minimize or close windows or select menus as they will highlight while I hover the invisible pointer over them, just no visible pointer.

Once I close the session and bring it back up it's fine. Until I enter scrub and move the jog again.

Control 24 is the only network connection active via crossover cable straight to computer.

No recent PT or XP Updates. Just AVG Free updates.

Started doing this 2 weeks ago.

????????????????????????

Any Ideas?

Been running this computer for a LONG TIME (1.5 years?) without any PT Related bugs.

Honestly, I've never even had to create an admin account in Windows, I will try tonight, after I figure out how..... heh heh

Control Panel, User Accounts, Create a new account? Will do.

thanx Digi
