Subscription Renewal Issue - PLEASE HELP!
my most recent payment failed to go through because I forgot to update my info after getting a new Credit Card. I went in today and changed the info and updated everything. It says that my Pro Tools subscription is active in my avid account but it doesn't seem to be refreshing on my iLok or iLok software. When I try to open Pro Tools, it says my subscriptions have expired.
I have a session, and I can't open Pro Tools...this is a major issue for me at the moment. Please help! |

update - Avid said it may take 24 to 48 hours to process the new payment method and gave me a 14 day subscription to help avoid any down time - this is just a workaround for now, but it the issue should resolve itself within 48 hours...I'll keep you guys updated!
