Default Digi 001 Setup Help

I bought a Digi 001 and I have the following hardware:
- Pentium 4
- Proteus 2000 Sound Module
- Yamaha 01V Mixer
I have been struggling to route the cables to the proteus and the mixer but could not find the way. I look at the picture of the studio setup that is the book but does not help me much. Could someone help me please in routing the cables the proper way?

I have tried a basic setup without the mixer by plugging midi out of P2K to Midi IN of Digi
For audio, I plug the MAIN OUTS of P2K to 3/4 INS of digi and Mon OUTS of digi to Speakers then I can only hear sound by pressing the monitor button. Please help in any way you could.

Thanks much
