Default upgrading Pro Tools 5.3.3
Is it possible to upgrade 5.3.3 to version 6 or higher? Or is 5.3.3 the only version available with MBox.
Thank you for your patience. I am just starting to use Pro Tools and it's all very new.

Yes the MBox is still very much supported by Digidesign, I think you have to buy the upgrade to 6.0 though.

Oneneo, welcome to the DUC.

The latest PT software is version 6.4 and it is fully compatible with the mBox. I'm guessing you bought yours used?

If that is the case, you will probably have to buy it here. Also, if you did buy it used, make sure you take care of Registration & Transfer of Ownership.

If you got it new, and it didn't come with at least 6.1, you should contact Digi and they should send it to you.

I did pick up the Mbox new so I am going to contact Digidesign to pick up a new version.
