Automation activity highlights not resetting?

This question is about the 'relatively' new feature that automation lane names get highlighted orange if there is activity recorded in them.


I find it really useful to check where automation has been recorded, particularly when recieving material from other Editors.


However, when I make a new template from a session to use in a new project and clear all the automation, the orange highlights persist even though there's no longer any automation on the tracks or plugins.


Has anybody come across away to clear the highlights?

Only me with this issue then I guess?
If anyone else finds this problem in the future the only way I could get the highlights to re-set was to import session data from the original session with level and pan automation off.
Strange because in a new session the behaviour was as expected.
If I deleted the automation the highlights went away.
Must have been a slighly corrupted session?
