Default Pro Tools Ultimate 2024.3 Freeze on Boot Ventura 13.6.5- FIXED
Just updated to Ultimate 2024.3 in Ventura 13.6.5 and PT would freeze on Boot.

Freeze would occur while loading Elastic Audio.aax

Removed and installed all plugins by groups, then one by one - booting and quitting pro tools along the way.

Finally discovered the culprit. VoiceChangeer.aax plugin. Now all is booting and working fine.

Just a heads up.

seems to have similar symptoms with https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=427717&page=3
