Yes – it’s current.
However, don’t use Application Manager.
Instead, download directly from your Avid account:
Avid account > My Products and Subscriptions > Pro Tools > Show

The Pro Tools 12.7 AIR Installers are the same as the Pro Tools 12.0 AIR Installers:
First_AIR_Effects_Bundle_12_0_Win_84453.zip
First_AIR_Instruments_Bundle_12_0_Win_84455.zip

Run the AIR Effects Bundle 12 and AIR Instruments Bundle 12 installers (these are listed as First AIR Effects Bundle and First AIR Instruments Bundle in Application Manager, but they install the same plug-ins/versions)
