Will we be able to down-load this upgrade?

Or will we have to wait for snail-Mail?

Thanks

Joules:
You cannot use the re-writable function of any of the RW drives supported while in MLCD. Whether or not MLCD would recognize a blank RW CD the first time you used it, I don't know. I'm sure you couldn't rewrite on previously written rw media while in MLCD.

Fender,
We won't have upgrade info for a couple of weeks, but I don't beleive it will be downloadable.

What about supporting the Plextor and Panasonic writers? Panasonic has been replacing Yamaha in some of the CD duplicators due to problems with the newer Yamaha's and it is cheaper. Plextor has always made greate readers, so we can probably assume their writers are good too.

Contrary to what ProdInfo says, MLCD 2.1 has not yet been released. We are a day or two away from it. As of Wednesday, it was still in beta.

I do not expect this to be ship to dealers for another week at the earliest.

I don't have any upgrade information for exsisting users yet.

will this new version of MLCD allow the creation of hidden zero tracks? If not, why not?

Will 2.1 see the bridge or 882-20 hardware, a problem which I alone seem to have, with 2.0? As I upgraded to 2.0, with my PT-24 upgrade (hey, one good project and I spent it all on upgrades!) will 2.1 be automatically sent to me? Is it just a floppy or is it a more complex package? If just a floppy, would you inform me so that I can give you the proper shipping address? Thank you.

Thank you, Bruce. I can't believe NOBODY (!!!) responded to this question (MLCD 2.0 not seeing bridge or 882-20) in the forum. So, perhaps I AM the only one using it on Ports A + B of the d24 card. Anyway, thank you for your response, I now have one less thing to think about. Be well, KP.
