Dropping a line to say that the issue with the Avid shop was that somehow between my last purchase and now the country in my billing address had been changed from Canada to The Netherlands while the rest of the address was unchanged so that wasn't obvious without re-checking my account details. No idea how that might have happened. Updating here in case someone else finds themself in the same predicament.

I can't find my country in the drop-down list when I try to change my payment card. In fact, there are about 130 countries missing, including the USA!

I can't buy a new license either because the checkout page won't load. Yes of course I tried clearing cookies, restarting, etc. It's like this on all my computers.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I put in a ticket over a month ago but still no solution from Avid. I love Pro Tools, but the support is the worst of any business I've ever had to deal with.
