midi controller assignment to plugins

I'd like to know if anyone out there knows how to use enigma to assign the oxygen 61 controller, to plugin like reason 4, boom, pro tools 8, atmosphere, and create banks to costomize and save.

In Enigma you just assign MIDI CC to concrete knob, fader, button, etc so that they will send assigned MIDI CC. But plugin should also accept MIDI CC.
Instruments like Structure, XPand, imOScar accept MIDI CC. Check plugin documentation.
Oxygen 61 keep up to 10 preset banks.
