Your upgrade is in the "Products Not Yet Downloaded" section of your Avid account (click Download Now and follow the prompts). Sorry if I didn't make that clear in my previous post.

Dear Avid,

I brought the educational version in October 2014. Is there a way I would be able to get the upgrade? A number of people I work with and who brought the same product have had the download but I seem to have been missed out.

I see that you have told a number of people that the new Pro Tools 12 download should be put in their product list soon after they are all processed, but I still have not received anything.

I only see a 'Pro Tools 11 Student' purchased in Feb 2014 in your account. We stopped including 4 years of free upgrades almost a year before that as we changed to providing discounted upgrades for students.

Hello and welcome to the community.

The student upgrades changed from 4 years free to 4 years discounted in Apr 2013.

Was Oct 2014 your original purchase or was that an upgrade from a previous version?

Haven't seen an update in my account as of yet. Purchased upgrade in March 2012. Checked "Products Not Yet Downloaded" - nothing there
