What is the diference btw ProTools 8 Educational and the normal version?

I heard that i cant upgrade it in the future, is it true ?

You can upgrade to somehow to a usual PT Version but will loose alle the academic goddies with it.

But that´s it, AFAIK.

so is it pretty much the same thing?
cos i was going to buy the full PT LE and a friend of my was giving me away the PT educational version....should i keep it?

what are these goodies on the educational version ?

seem you can just buy the PT 8 upgrade.
