Default PT12 C24 input problem

The PT 12.1 version will arm input monitoring from the computer and light the C24, but the C24 won't arm and disarm the input.
Record and others work fine just not input monitoring from C24.

Interesting thing in Pro Tools 12.1 the input arm from a C24 controller does not work.
But on Pro Tools 12.1 HD the input monitoring works fine from a C24 controller.

According to my Sales Engineer at Sweetwater the input monitor switch should work on the C-24 even with a non-HD system with PT 12? He got this info from the Avid Rep.

He told me to make sure I was running 12.2 and I had the latest drivers. I was trying to figure out what drivers he was talking about? The only drivers that come with the system were HD?

Talked to my Rep at Sweetwater who forwarded the problem to Avid, they are aware of the issue and it is on their list to fix.

I have Pro Tools 12.4 and the input monitoring switch works with KBD shotcut but not on C24.

Traditionally input monitoring has been HD-only feature. I only use HD software so I cannot test whether it should work non-HD or not. Point being, if you see green input monitoring buttons on your PT mixer (on screen) you should also be able to control it with the surface.

I'm sure it will be functional on your next paid upgrade :)
