Midi loops
Ive never done alot of midi before and have a few questions. What is the easiest and best way to record a single mesure drum loop and then duplicate it into a long loop. It seems that when I try it even after quantizing things still dont always stay in line. Seems like I remember someone saying to set your view to grid or something like that but I cant remember. Thanks in advanced.

Re: Midi loops
maslusher,
Yes, put it in Grid mode, set your bpm to the tempo you want. Once you've recorded the measure(s) you want, highlight them, and quantize them. Once quantized, highlight it/them, and hit Alt/R(repeat), and enter as many repeats as you want. If you simply want it to loop within the same area, highlight it, and right click on the Play button. Push play and it will loop continuously. To get out of 'loop' mode, right click Play again.
