Yes, I see the MIX surface list. EUCON is checked in PT pref.

Yes, on the right side Mix is checked with green tick.

On the MIX OLED screens I see only green dotted rectangulars above each channel and nothing else.

If you disconnect the Mix on the surfaces tab do these go away? if so it means EuControl is seeing the Mix and the issue is on the WS side. If you definitely have the WS checked on that tab and the EUCON pref checked in peripherals in PT then it should work.

If I disconnect the MIX in the surfaces then it goes away like it is expected. It means there is communication between PC and Mix. In PT 10 (32bit) in the peripherals Eucon is checked but MIX is not responding. I do have also MC control which I plugged and it is the same issue. Is there a root cause becasue PT 10 (version 10.3.9) is operating in 32 bit but newest driver is for 64 bit ?
If I connect MIX to other DAW- 64 bit then MIX is operating normally.

if other DAW's are working fine then the issue has to be with PT. Maybe try uninstalling PT and reinstalling.

I will do so asap.

Keep you posted about result. For me it is not usual because with an old driver and firmware everything was working perfect.
