Service Req.
What's up with slow service these days? I called last week I know the exact problem I did all the troubleshooting myself after calling in and getting frustrated with the phone tech not being too helpful.
Without fill 2 pages I need to know who to call about getting my issue resolved. Today Please! (I am not interested in spending 90 minutes on hold 2 days in a row) |

Re: Service Req.
Called in today after calling in twice last week - I got to leave my number again after spending 50 minutes on hold. I hope some calls because I did not get a call back on this last week.
IAlthough I did get a an email last telling my problem was considered solved because I did not talk to anyone for 5 days. Well no kidding because I have been waiting for a call back |
