Default Which processor is better for Pro Tools M-powered

I use Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4 with a lot of plugins. My curent processor is P4 3 Ghz. I have problems, somethimes it give me a message something with "CPU render couldn't keep up....." - or something like that. I want to upgrade my CPU and i have two options:
INTEL CORE2DUO E8400 3.0GHZ 6MB and
INTEL CORE2QUAD Q8200 2.33GHZ 4M

Which one should i choose ?

Thanks !
