Mbox 3 Mini output problem

Recently I bought an used Mbox 3 mini and I can't get one of the rear outputs to sound, it works perfectly through one of the outputs, and I can even listen to both channels with headphones, I've even tried with other programs and the result is the same.

It seems like something in the hardware is not working, but I don't know any local technical support (Venezuela) or get any data sheet on the net.

I think you need to be more specific and describe the exact setup/wiring that you have. Every detail may matter; type of cables, what are the speakers, which exact outputs, etc.

For instance, some that are new to this might try to use balanced cables and I believe the Mini has unbalanced outputs. Or someone might think a single output jack carries both left and right(like a headphone jack) but they don't. Or is it possible(since you bought it used) that the original owner was selling it because it was broken(ugly thought, but it does happen)?
